Cancellation Process
We understand that business needs change. If you need to end our engagement, here's how the process works.
Standard Notice Period
Most of our contracts require 30 days' written notice. The notice period commences on the first calendar day of the month following your notice.
Example: If you send notice on 15th January, the notice period begins 1st February and ends 28th February. Your final invoice would cover February.
How to Give Notice
Send a written cancellation request to your account manager via email. We'll confirm receipt and outline the timeline for winding down services.
What Happens During the Notice Period
We continue to manage your campaigns at full capacity. We'll also prepare a handover document including:
- Account access details
- Campaign performance summary
- Recommendations for continuity
- Any outstanding assets or deliverables
