We charge a monthly retainer invoiced in advance. Media spend is paid directly to platforms - we do not mark it up or take a percentage.

Payment Structure

We keep invoicing simple and predictable.

Monthly Retainer

Your retainer is invoiced monthly in advance. The first invoice is issued upon contract signature, with subsequent invoices on the same date each month.

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice date. We accept:

  • Bank transfer (GBP and EUR)
  • SEPA Direct Debit (via GoCardless)
  • Credit card (on request)

Media Spend

Media spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms using your own payment method. We do not mark up media spend or take a percentage.

Additional Work

Any work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we proceed.
