Contract Terms

Our standard agreements run for an initial term of 6 or 12 months, depending on the scope of work. This allows sufficient time for campaigns to mature, for us to gather meaningful data, and for optimisation to deliver results.

Why We Require a Minimum Term

Digital advertising is not a quick fix. Algorithms need time to learn, audiences need to be tested, and creative needs to be iterated. Short engagements often end before campaigns hit their stride.

After the Initial Term

Following the initial period, contracts typically continue on a rolling monthly basis with a notice period (usually 30 days, commencing on the first of the following month).

Early Termination

If you need to exit early, please refer to your specific agreement for the notice period and any applicable terms. We always aim to find a solution that works for both parties.
